Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
Who we are
CCHQ is operated by Mark Murphy, trading as Digital Stew ("we", "us"). These terms apply whenever you use CCHQ: the website, the app at app.cchq.uk, or any related service.
What CCHQ is
CCHQ helps cabin crew turn a roster into a calendar and organise their working life around it. CCHQ is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any airline. Airline, rank and fleet names are used only to describe compatibility.
CCHQ is not a source of truth for your roster, your duty times, or your legality under any airline or regulatory scheme. Always check your airline's official system before relying on a date, time, or duty shown in CCHQ. We are not responsible for decisions you make, or things you miss, based on CCHQ.
Accounts
You don't need an account to use CCHQ. Without one, your roster stays on your device. Creating an account (an email sign-in link, never a company login) lets you sync your roster across devices; you can add a password afterwards if you want one. You're responsible for keeping access to your email and for keeping any password you set to yourself, since that is how you sign in.
Your content
Your roster, crew directory, destinations and preferences belong to you. By using CCHQ you give us permission to store and process that content solely to provide the service back to you. We don't sell it, use it for advertising, or claim ownership of it. See our Privacy Policy for how it's stored and who processes it.
You're responsible for what you put into CCHQ. Don't upload anyone else's personal data without a right to do so (for example, a colleague's roster or contact details), and don't upload anything unlawful, abusive, or that infringes someone else's rights.
Importing your roster
Pasted roster text is read on your device wherever possible. A photo or screenshot of a roster is sent to a third-party AI service over the internet so it can be turned into calendar events; this uses computing resources that cost us money to provide. AI-assisted reading can make mistakes. Always check the result against your original roster before relying on it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use CCHQ in a way that disrupts the service for others, including automated scraping or excessive requests;
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or other protections;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying code or models behind CCHQ, except to the extent the law gives you the right to do so despite this restriction;
- Use CCHQ for any unlawful purpose.
We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that breach this section.
Price
CCHQ is free to use today. Some features (for example, AI-assisted imports) cost us money to run, so we may introduce paid plans or usage limits in the future. We won't start charging for something you already use for free without telling you first.
No warranty
CCHQ is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-assisted features will read your roster correctly. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of CCHQ at any time.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, where the law doesn't allow it to be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from you relying on CCHQ instead of your airline's official systems, including missed flights, duty-time or legality issues, or rostering decisions. Because CCHQ is free, our total liability to you for anything else is capped at £50.
Ending your access
You can stop using CCHQ, or delete your account, at any time from Settings › Account. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or discontinue CCHQ entirely, with notice where reasonably possible.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as CCHQ changes. We'll update the date at the top of this page, and if a change is material we'll flag it in the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
